What is eTIMS and do I need it?
eTIMS (electronic Tax Invoice Management System) is how KRA requires businesses to issue electronic tax invoices. If your restaurant is VAT-registered, every sale needs a valid electronic tax invoice — Mealsvo generates and submits them for you automatically.
Do I need any special hardware?
No. Mealsvo is fully online — you manage everything from a phone or computer. Diners scan your QR code with their phone camera; there is no app to install on either side.
Is the QR menu really free?
Yes — free forever, with unlimited menu items and your own {yourname}.mealsvo.com address. You only pay if you upgrade to eTIMS Compliance.
How do diners see my menu?
